Millennials: Adulting as Cultural Leadership

In the face of funding decline, there is a dearth of cultural leaders to manage arts organisations.  Despite this, independent cultural leaders still emerge.  How are today’s cultural leaders working with minimal funding, how do they create projects that inspire and lead? How do these leaders inspire and support the creation of new work?
